WE are passionate about Service Education and Business Development.  We have been creating successful and productive teams for more than 15 years.  Diana is a dynamic speaker and has addressed audiences of all sizes. She is a result-driven professional with  many years of professional public speaking, customer service coaching, marketing and personal selling skills, augmented by a graduate level education.  Diana has a proven record of success in Customer Service and Sales.

Diana is a graduate of the University of Southern California,  with a master’s degree in communication management from the Annenberg School of Communications.

Diana was honored as a Quality Champion of Change, where she lead her team of six test offices in successfully accomplishing an extremely aggressive goal of increasing sales in three separate product lines, in contrast to other Quality teams which are chartered to achieve a single major goal. Sales increase for the three products reflected growth of 14.7%, 21.7% and 51% respectively. Diana received an Award of Excellence for exceptional marketing, customer service and communication and was honored as Member of the Year with The New Leaders.

From her experience, Diana formed Customer Service Experts, LLC , Your Life’s Purpose, a Business Training and Coaching Firm known for igniting productivity and building powerful cohesive teams.
